Egirna Technologies is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to become the indispensable right-hand to our Executive Director. This role is perfect for a master of multitasking, a creative thinker, and someone who enjoys a wide variety of responsibilities. You will work closely with leadership to drive our growth, expand our client base, enhance our online presence, and ensure the seamless operation of our day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:

Organize and coordinate the company's attendance at industry events.

Provide direct support as the right-hand to the Executive Director.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience Level: We welcome applications from motivated fresh graduates and candidates with 0-2 years of experience.
Mandatory: Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1 Level or higher).
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or a similar role, preferably within the tech industry.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting.
Tech-savvy with a strong ability to quickly learn and master new software and digital tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, resourceful problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy and as part of a collaborative team.
