Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Office Manager to provide comprehensive support to the General Manager (GM) in the smooth operation and coordination of our growing.
- Coordinate and manage the General Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, preparing relevant documentation, and organizing travel arrangements and logistics.
- Draft, review, and respond to emails on behalf of the GM, ensuring timely and appropriate communication.
- Attend meetings, accurately take minutes, and professionally rephrase and distribute them to all relevant participants.
- Welcome and assist visitors for top management, ensuring a professional and courteous experience.
- Monitor and follow up on ongoing projects and tasks that initiated by or assigned by the General Manager to departments or managers, ensuring timely progress and execution.
Job Requirements
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, executive assistance, or administrative roles from 4 to 7 years of experience.
- Proficient in office software (MS Office Suite, calendars, collaborative tools).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a problem- solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken formats.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with project coordination.
