Job Description

  • We're looking for a Customer Support & Order Coordinator to handle customer interactions, process orders across multiple channels, and support business reporting and operations.
  • What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Monitor and manage incoming/outgoing orders on our website
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, chat, or social media
  • Receive and confirm orders from multiple channels (website, WhatsApp, social media, etc.)
  • Update and maintain accurate order status records on our system
  • Follow up on the full order cycle from request to delivery
  • Generate weekly/monthly insights and basic reports to support team decisions
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Mass Communication, or Business
  • B1 English level in both written and spoken communication
  • Fluent Arabic (written and verbal)
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center or as a social media account moderator
  • Comfortable using Excel, Word, and basic office tools
  • Ability to prepare and present simple reports and insights
