Job Description
- We're looking for a Customer Support & Order Coordinator to handle customer interactions, process orders across multiple channels, and support business reporting and operations.
- What You’ll Be Doing:
- Monitor and manage incoming/outgoing orders on our website
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, chat, or social media
- Receive and confirm orders from multiple channels (website, WhatsApp, social media, etc.)
- Update and maintain accurate order status records on our system
- Follow up on the full order cycle from request to delivery
- Generate weekly/monthly insights and basic reports to support team decisions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Mass Communication, or Business
- B1 English level in both written and spoken communication
- Fluent Arabic (written and verbal)
- 1+ year of experience in a call center or as a social media account moderator
- Comfortable using Excel, Word, and basic office tools
- Ability to prepare and present simple reports and insights
