Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Orders & Customer Operations

Track orders from pickup to delivery using our internal systems

Liaise with couriers, sellers, and buyers to coordinate pickups and deliveries

Keep customers updated on their order status and handle inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email

Distribute discount codes and manage shipping vouchers

Customer & Community Engagement

Respond to messages and comments across all social media platforms

Ensure fast, friendly, and professional communication at all times

Support relationship-building with our seller and buyer community

Website & Listings Management

Approve and manage new product listings based on internal guidelines

Monitor website content, curate weekly picks, and update featured sections

Ensure product prices align with our standards and assist with Arabic translation

Oversee basic email marketing and abandoned cart follow-up

Quality Check & Shipping Oversight

Inspect all incoming items to ensure they match listed descriptions and meet quality standards

Coordinate dry cleaning when needed

Package orders with care and hand them off to couriers

Maintain detailed records and ensure accurate tracking of all shipments

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Experience working in a home-based or hybrid work arrangement is a plus.
