Job Description
1. Receiving Stock:
• Coordinate delivery times with brands to avoid congestion and ensure team availability. • Manage a designated receiving area with tools like barcode, scanners, and scales.
• Inspect deliveries for quantity and quality, ensuring alignment with recieving sheet.
• Record and verify all delivery documents (invoices, delivery notes) into our system.
2. Enrolling Stock in Our System:
• Log all received stock into the inventory system, including SKU, price, and quantity.
• Generate and print barcodes for new items.
• Label products with barcodes before moving them to the sales floor.
• Conduct regular cycle counts to reconcile physical stock with digital records.
- As part of the operations team, your role is to ensure smooth coordination between the store and brands. Each Vendor coordinator is responsible for maintaining direct communication with their assigned brands to: - Share payment updates and ensure timely settlements.
- Request and coordinate replenishment orders based on stock levels and sales trends.
- Send regular reports on best-selling items and overall brand performance.
- Your role is essential in supporting brand relationships, optimizing stock availability, and driving overall store efficiency
Job Requirements
Previous Experience in retail operations or inventory is a plus
Familarity with invetory tools and barcode systems
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to work in a fast paced,fashion-forward environment
