Job Description
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products in accordance with company procedures.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the store or warehouse, ensuring items are stored safely and efficiently.
- Issue materials, supplies, and products to relevant departments based on approved requests.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements using manual logs or inventory management software.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records.
- Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and security regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and audits as required by management.
- Identify and report damaged or expired items, ensuring proper disposal or return procedures are followed.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory control role.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Basic understanding of safety and security protocols in a warehouse setting.

- Willingness to work full-time on-site.
