Job Description
- Coordinate and oversee daily shipping and logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to schedule shipments and resolve any transportation issues.
- Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders on delivery status, proactively addressing delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and returns using internal systems.
- Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality and packaging standards to preserve product integrity.
- Assist in optimizing shipping processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries related to shipping, delivery timelines, and order status with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to coordinate order picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Support compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to shipping and logistics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective coordination with internal and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with shipping or inventory management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload under tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving shipping issues.
- Basic understanding of shipping regulations, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Willingness to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
