Job Responsibilities:
- Reply and respond to all Tickets on our System
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of technical experience ex orange or WE or software/Hosting Company
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- English level is at least very good
- Sales experience is preferred
Work Conditions :
- Rotational shifts (9.00 AM to 5:00 PM from Office - 5:00 To 01:00 AM from Home)
- Rotational Off (2 Days off).
- Hybrid Model
