Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Personnel Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of solid experience in personnel affairs and a strong understanding of labor laws and social insurance regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Handle all personnel procedures, including hiring, resignations, terminations, and contract renewals.
- Manage employees’ attendance, leaves, and timekeeping systems.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely processing of social insurance and labor office documents.
- Prepare monthly reports related to headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to HR documentation.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in personnel affairs.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
