Job Description
Duties:
- Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare structured meeting agendas and talking points to ensure focused, outcome-driven discussions and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Review and refine drafts of client briefs to ensure clarity, alignment with objectives, and readiness for execution.
- Handle all communications on behalf of the CEO in a professional, timely, and confidential manner.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CEO when required, taking notes and summarizing outcomes.
- Liaise with senior executives, clients, stakeholders, and government entities as needed.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
Job Requirements
- Female only, with a maximum age of 35
- Resident in KSA or can relocate to KSA
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role.
- Fluent English; excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Presentable, professional, and confident in dealing with high-profile individuals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive approach.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is a strong advantage.
- Experience in the marketing sector is a plus.
