About the Role

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and disciplined Virtual Assistant to join our team at Misaar, a fast-growing career consulting company helping individuals find their dream jobs. You’ll be supporting our operations and clients across various tasks with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

Apply for jobs on behalf of clients in our Taqadam program
Create and organize CV Review Documents for clients
Manage our CRM system and keep records updated
Provide WhatsApp customer support during working hours
Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and manage calendar tasks
Help manage social media accounts and basic admin tasks

Training & Trial
