Job Description
We are looking to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in our mission to educate the world. We look for an experienced, dynamic, service and results-oriented professional to join the team and help us hire the best talent while providing a great candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Contributing with your recruiting skills to efficiently hiring highly qualified, motivated, and diverse colleagues
- Ensuring an expedient, professional, and friendly experience for all candidates at every stage of the recruitment process
- Support learning and development programs
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Provides support to employees in the interpretation of HR policies and guidelines
- Assist in performance management processes
- Responsible for updating the Job Evaluation System, Job Design, Job Descriptions, and the correct Grading of jobs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field
- 3+ years of experience in Big companies
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Demonstrable experience with People KPIs
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
