Job Description

We are looking to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in our mission to educate the world. We look for an experienced, dynamic, service and results-oriented professional to join the team and help us hire the best talent while providing a great candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing with your recruiting skills to efficiently hiring highly qualified, motivated, and diverse colleagues 
  • Ensuring an expedient, professional, and friendly experience for all candidates at every stage of the recruitment process
  • Support learning and development programs
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Provides support to employees in the interpretation of HR policies and guidelines
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Responsible for updating the Job Evaluation System, Job Design, Job Descriptions, and the correct Grading of jobs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in Big companies
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Demonstrable experience with People KPIs
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
