Job Description
- Receiving Shipments: Receive and inspect incoming shipments from suppliers, verify them against purchase orders, and accurately record them in the inventory system.
- Inventory Organization: Organize and arrange electronic and audio spare parts within the warehouse according to established procedures to ensure easy access.
- Inventory & Monitoring: Assist in conducting periodic and spot inventory counts to ensure that the physical stock matches the data recorded in the system.
- Loading & Unloading: Provide support in loading and unloading goods and shipments as required.
- Reporting Issues: Promptly report any damaged products, stock shortages, or discrepancies discovered during work to the warehouse keeper.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies and safety procedures within the warehouse.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team and the warehouse keeper to achieve daily operational goals.
- Order Preparation: Prepare and package outgoing orders accurately and efficiently, whether for direct customer delivery or for shipment.
