Position: Content Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Content Coordinator to oversee and manage educational content development processes. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between English content developers and cross-functional teams, ensuring the accuracy, quality, and consistency of all content materials. This role requires meticulous attention to detail in reviewing question sections and placement tests on the dashboard to maintain the highest standards of educational content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with English content developers to plan, review, and finalize content projects
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of question sections and placement tests
  • Monitor content accuracy, grammar, and alignment with educational standards
  • Manage content workflow and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Review and approve content uploads to the dashboard system
  • Identify and correct errors in educational materials before publication
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve content-related issues on the platform
  • Maintain content style guides and quality standards documentation
  • Track content performance metrics and provide improvement recommendations
  • Facilitate communication between content development team and stakeholders

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Communications, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in content coordination, educational publishing, or related field
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and content management systems preferred

Language & Communication Skills:

  • Exceptional fluency in English (native or near-native level required)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills with keen eye for detail
  • Ability to identify grammatical, syntactical, and contextual errors

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with content management systems and educational dashboards
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms
