Job Description

About the Opportunity:

The Admin Assistant ensures a welcoming environment for visitors while maintaining efficient administrative workflows. This role provides critical support to the sales team and manages front-desk operations.

You’ll Get:

  • Support Cairo Hub Leadership team in purchasing services and goods
  • Handle Sales Admin tasks
  • Managing HUB office services (cleaning, maintenance, etc)
  • Purchasing HUB office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Support Cairo Leadership team at the HUB Office in day to day activities.
  • Support HSSR Coordinator in day to day activities to include daily open & close checklist for the HUB Office
  • Coordinate/support function leaders in organizing internal and external site visits to HUB Office
  • Hand over equipment and welcoming pack to HUB Office new hires
  • Coordinate activities with Landlord, Cleaning , Maintenance Suppliers, Couriers, Security companies, etc.
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with all external/internal stakeholders.
  • Act as company ambassador in the HUB with all stakeholders.
  • Keep a record on locker owners.
  • Handle Meeting / Focus Room Reservations
  • Handle the office access control and business cards for all HUB Office employees.
  • Support in organizing company events (workshops, conferences, etc)
  • Handle HUB Office correspondence, complaints and queries.


 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any relevant major
  • Proven experience in similar role within a multinational environment
  • Good Level of English
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management Skills
  • Proactive and has an eye on details
