About the Opportunity:
The Admin Assistant ensures a welcoming environment for visitors while maintaining efficient administrative workflows. This role provides critical support to the sales team and manages front-desk operations.
You’ll Get:
- Support Cairo Hub Leadership team in purchasing services and goods
- Handle Sales Admin tasks
- Managing HUB office services (cleaning, maintenance, etc)
- Purchasing HUB office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Support Cairo Leadership team at the HUB Office in day to day activities.
- Support HSSR Coordinator in day to day activities to include daily open & close checklist for the HUB Office
- Coordinate/support function leaders in organizing internal and external site visits to HUB Office
- Hand over equipment and welcoming pack to HUB Office new hires
- Coordinate activities with Landlord, Cleaning , Maintenance Suppliers, Couriers, Security companies, etc.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with all external/internal stakeholders.
- Act as company ambassador in the HUB with all stakeholders.
- Keep a record on locker owners.
- Handle Meeting / Focus Room Reservations
- Handle the office access control and business cards for all HUB Office employees.
- Support in organizing company events (workshops, conferences, etc)
- Handle HUB Office correspondence, complaints and queries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any relevant major
- Proven experience in similar role within a multinational environment
- Good Level of English
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management Skills
- Proactive and has an eye on details
