Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle social insurance enrollment & exits.
- Manage contracts, resignations & employee files.
- Coordinate medical insurance & employee benefits.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed.
- Track and manage employee attendance, leave, and absences.
- Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies.
- Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical).
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR/Personnel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiar with a government office.
- Strong in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and people-focused.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Conditions:
- Working hours: from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
- Fridays & Saturdays are off
- Location: Ring Road- El Maadi
