Job Description

  1. Employee Records & Documentation:
    • Maintain up-to-date employee files and ensure completeness.
    • Prepare and follow up on employment contracts, renewals, and terminations.
    • Ensure accurate data entry into the HR system.
  2. Attendance & Leave Management:
    • Track and record employee attendance, absenteeism, overtime, and shifts.
    • Monitor sick leaves, annual leaves, and unpaid leaves in compliance with labor law.
    • Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll.
  3. Social Insurance & Labor Office Affairs:
    • Handle social insurance registration, updates, and cancellations.
    • Coordinate with labor and social insurance offices for employee-related matters.
    • Maintain all legal documentation for audits and compliance.
  4. Onboarding & Offboarding:
    • Support onboarding process with documentation, orientation scheduling, and ID issuance.
    • Process employee resignations, clearances, and final settlements.
      5.HR Compliance & Policies:
      • Ensure company policies are applied and followed correctly.
      • Provide support during inspections and internal audits.
      • Update HR documentation in accordance with changes in labor law.
        6.Reporting:
      • Generate regular reports for HR management (headcount, turnover, absences, etc.).
      • Assist in monthly closing processes relevant to HR and personnel.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Experience with HR software (ERP or attendance systems) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
