Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets within the HORECA sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses, to understand their needs and preferences.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand our presence and offerings in the HORECA market.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and training as needed, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all aspects of HORECA operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales ,Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Proven track + 8 years of success in HORECA sales or management roles, with a deep understanding of the industry dynamics and customer needs.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on driving sales growth and maximizing profitability.
