Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Beef Sales Account Manager at Ghezaa Food Service. The role involves managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and effective communication with clients.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Beef Sales Account Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beef industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts by building strong relationships with clients.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the beef market to expand our customer base.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to our target audience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales.
- Solid Experience in beef / Meat sales is a must
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
