Operations Manager

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Operations Manager with an MBA and minimum of 10 years of experience in wastewater treatment station operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the operational activities of a wastewater treatment station at our petroleum site, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and driving operational excellence through strategic management practices.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the day-to-day operations report of the wastewater treatment station, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational.
• Monitor treatment processes to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Manage a team of operators and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the treatment facility.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders to address any compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, compliance, and other relevant metrics for management review.
• Stay current on industry best practices and technological advancements in wastewater treatment.
