Senior Maintenance and Operation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for mixing and filling machines.
• Monitor machine performance and diagnose technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Lead maintenance team members, assign tasks, and oversee daily operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and SOPs.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain records of equipment, maintenance activities, and spare parts inventory.
• Evaluate and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance machinery performance.
• Train junior technicians on proper machine handling and maintenance procedures.
• Support in new equipment installation and commissioning when needed.
