Job Description
Job responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and evaluate organizational development initiatives to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement
Conducting JA and creating descriptions
• Developing competency indicators
• Conduct workload analysis and support workforce planning
• Support in creating and regularly updating career paths and succession plans
• Support in creating the job's KPIs.
• Implementing and following up on performance evaluation processes.
• Support in creating HR policies and SOPs.
• Create and maintain databases ("hard & soft archiving systems") for all OD operations, analyze data, and provide periodic reports.
Job Requirements
Required qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 3-5 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related discipline.
● Proven track record in designing and implementing organizational development programs.
● Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
● Excellent English writing skills.
● Proficient in MS Office and Visio.
● Excellent analytical and organizing skills.
