Job Description

 Key Responsibilities

General Tasks

1. Develop long-term and short-term sales strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.

2. Create sales action plans that include goals, budgets, target markets, and necessary activities to achieve growth.

3. Monitor sales performance, ensuring that targets are met and revenue is increased.

4. Prepare detailed periodic reports on sales performance and recommend actions to improve results.

5. Lead and guide teams of sales agents, representatives, distributors, and points of sale to ensure optimal performance.

6. Innovate and adapt to ensure excellence in a competitive sales market.

Specialized Tasks 

1. Negotiate and contract with clients, partners, distributors, and others. 

2. Develop strategies to address market challenges

3. Monitor market trends and competitive advantages. 

4. Oversee the sales process conducted by the sales team. 

5. Assist the sales team in resolving client acquisition issues, understanding employee challenges, and finding solutions. 

6. Track and analyze the sales performance of the team. 

7. Coordinate with other departments and divisions on various tasks and operations. 

8. Evaluate the team and identify training and development needs to improve performance. 

Job Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Willing to relocate to Benghazi
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and ISP industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
