Job Description
- Oversee the design and delivery of organisational and career development processes, policies, models and interventions.
- Contribute to the design and development of workforce planning and assessment that improves the organisation's talent, structure, processes and culture.
- Develop job evaluation methodology and job descriptions.
- Develop HR reports, dashboards and turnover reports.
- Oversee the creation, development and maintenance of the organisational structure and all HR policies, procedures,processes and forms.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
- 5-9 years of experience in HR and the organizational development.
