Job Description
Job Summary:
The OD Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing organizational development initiatives, aligning HR strategies with business goals, supporting workforce planning, and driving performance management processes to ensure sustainable growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze current and future staffing needs to ensure workforce readiness
2. Forecast talent gaps and develop succession planning strategies
3. Align HR strategies with organizational goals and business objectives
4. Conduct organizational design, restructuring, and workforce modeling
5. Set and monitor individual and departmental goals and KPIs
6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
7. Manage promotions, role changes, and performance improvement plans
8. Align performance outcomes with compensation, training, and development opportunities
9. Support strategic initiatives and change management programs
10. Prepare and deliver periodic OD and performance reports to management
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
2. 3–5 years of experience in organizational development, performance management, or HR strategy
3. Previous experience in designing OD frameworks and workforce planning preferred
