Job Description
- Design, implement, and evaluate organization development initiatives to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct organizational assessments and diagnose areas for development, recommending actionable solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to develop talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
- Facilitate change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational restructuring, mergers, or process improvements.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to build organizational capabilities and foster a culture of learning.
- Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends, measure the impact of OD interventions, and inform decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of key OD projects, ensuring alignment with company values and strategic goals.
- Support the development and implementation of performance management systems and competency frameworks.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Stay current with best practices in organization development, change management, and talent optimization, applying new insights to ongoing projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in organization development, talent management, or a related HR function.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful OD interventions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in an office environment.
