Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and evaluate organizational development initiatives to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement
- Conducting JA and creating descriptions
- Developing competency indicators
- Conduct workload analysis and support workforce planning
- Support in creating and regularly updating career paths and succession plans
- Support in creating the job's KPIs.
- Implementing and following up on performance evaluation processes.
- Support in creating HR policies and SOPs.
- Create and maintain databases ("hard & soft archiving systems") for all OD operations, analyze data, and provide periodic reports.
Job Requirements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing organizational development programs.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Visio.
- Excellent analytical and organizing skills.
