Job Description
- Promote properties available for sale or rent through various marketing channels, including field campaigns, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with potential clients by maintaining regular communication to understand their real estate needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Organize and conduct property tours, providing comprehensive explanations of features and technical specifications.
- Follow up with clients professionally and provide real estate consultations that support their decision-making and increase the likelihood of closing deals.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and meet company goals.
- Regularly update the database of clients and properties to ensure accuracy and easy access to information.
- Work towards achieving the sales targets set by management and adhere to agreed-upon action plans.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate or the tourism/hospitality sector.
- Professional appearance and a refined manner in dealing with clients.
- Strong skills in negotiation, sales, and effective communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve set sales targets.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic office applications, with experience in CRM systems for tracking customer data and improving sales performance.
- Willingness to travel to our locations in Ras Sudr as required.
