Job Description

  • Supports property advisors to achieve their targets.
  • Achieve Team's Sales Targets.
  • Supports all sales agents in meetings and monitors their handling to clients.
  • Covers his sales agents in case of inability of any of them to handle a client.
  • Collects consistent feedback from sales agents about their workflow, any issues related to leads, operations or system. 
  • Evaluate his/her assigned team performance. 
  • Develop team strengths and improve weaknesses.
  • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
  • Analyze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth.
  • Keeping up to date information about the trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial sector.
  • Maintain a database of commercial, industrial, and residential properties available on the property market.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of commercial lending products, credit policy, loan documentation and administration requirements, and legal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of commercial lending policy and procedures, including lending authority, loan structures, risk ratings, loan to value ratio and other related information.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Develop and implement strategies effective in increasing the value of a property
  • Qualifying and generating new sales leads.
  • Finding new clients, creating a strong referral pipeline and building powerful relationships with them.
  • Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services. Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a consulting deal.
  • Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make
  • Conduct research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin.
  • Referring & introducing potential clients to the agencies Mortgage Consultant Following up business leads. 
  • Preparing professional looking sales brochures and promotional information.
  • Projecting a professional image of the agency to the public.
  • Actively engage with the market by leveraging the Digital Sales Motion, which combines Social, Digital and Content tools to bring remarkable customer experiences to our customers.
  • Drive effective quarterly/annual sales execution in accordance with the Franchise Sales methodology. 
  • Align with SAP Partners, engaging in territory planning, opportunity development, deal strategy, and offering pricing and solution support and deal closing
  • Act as the partners’ single point of contact during the sale cycle by pulling in other SAP resources, including presales teams, as needed
  • Communicate the sales plan and performance to goals regularly with key stakeholders. Update and maintain reporting tools such as CRM to ensure accurate pipeline management

Job Requirements

  • Primary Real estate experience is a must.
  • X Brokerage is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Experience in CRM system
  • Presentable
  • Very good command in Microsoft office
  • Must have a car
  • Experience in (New Cairo - Mustaqbel City - October & zayed City- New Capital - North Coast – Sokhna).
