Job Description
- Receive visitors at the reception by greeting, welcoming, directing visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Provide general support to visitors
- Supervise, mentor our Buffet staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
- provide assistance to different business functions related to different departments and follow up with them if necessary
- Answer screening, forwarding incoming phone calls, taking messages, handling correspondence and records all incoming & outgoing Calls details.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, etc
Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience in office administration, office management
- bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Google Works, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- A Fluent English Speaker is a must.
