Job Description

  • Receive visitors at the reception by greeting, welcoming, directing visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Supervise, mentor our Buffet staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
  • provide assistance to different business functions related to different departments and follow up with them if necessary
  • Answer screening, forwarding incoming phone calls, taking messages, handling correspondence and records all incoming & outgoing Calls details.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, etc

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in office administration, office management
  • bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Google Works, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
  • A Fluent English Speaker is a must.
