Job Description

  •  Introduces the space to all new clients, such as giving tours of the space, explaining our membership plans, our prices, etc.
  •  Manages reception area and maintain visitors and daily walk-ins.
  • Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking room, and planning refreshments.
  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required (e-mail, letters, packages etc.
  •  Assists in planning and arranging events, including organizing catering.
  •  Handles expenses and billing cycles
  •  Manages reception area and looks after visitors.
  •  Draft, formats and prints relevant documents.
  •  Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed.
  •  Interacts with clients and carries out their requests.
  •  Creates agendas and takes meeting notes.
  •  Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Job Requirements

  •  Friendly, helpful, social personality.
  •  Strong interpersonal skills.
  •  Ability to multitask in fast-paces environment.
  •  Fluent English, oral and written.
  •  Microsoft office- basic excel knowledge is a must.
