Job Description
- Introduces the space to all new clients, such as giving tours of the space, explaining our membership plans, our prices, etc.
- Manages reception area and maintain visitors and daily walk-ins.
- Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking room, and planning refreshments.
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required (e-mail, letters, packages etc.
- Assists in planning and arranging events, including organizing catering.
- Handles expenses and billing cycles
- Manages reception area and looks after visitors.
- Draft, formats and prints relevant documents.
- Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed.
- Interacts with clients and carries out their requests.
- Creates agendas and takes meeting notes.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Job Requirements
- Friendly, helpful, social personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in fast-paces environment.
- Fluent English, oral and written.
- Microsoft office- basic excel knowledge is a must.
