Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to support our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data entry tasks critical to equipment performance tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and close work orders and notifications
Update equipment locations and cost centers
Generate reports including:
Material consumption
Repetitive analysis
PM (Preventive Maintenance) spare parts follow-up
PM schedule tracking
Daily equipment breakdowns
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
1–3 years of experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
SAP experience is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and time-management skills
