Job Description
- Accurately input data from various sources into company databases, spreadsheets, and ERP system.
- Verify, update, and correct data by cross-referencing with source documents.
- Maintain and organize digital files, perform regular backups, and ensure the integrity of entered data.
- Perform quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies and errors.
- Generate reports and prepare data extracts as requested by management.
- Adhere to data confidentiality and security protocols at all times.
Job Requirements
- Female candidate preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or data management roles.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables).
- Fast and accurate typing skills; touch typing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
