Job Description

  • Accurately enter data into company systems and databases.
  • Prepare and draft quotations for clients based on required data and specifications.
  • Review and update quotations regularly to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Organize and maintain files and documents related to quotations and requests.
  • Coordinate with the sales department or management to obtain necessary information.
  • Prepare internal reports regarding issued quotations.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF tools.
  • Ability to efficiently conduct online research and extract required information.
  • High accuracy and speed in data entry and information processing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Relevant educational background (preferably university degree or institute).
