Role brief:
We are seeking a Senior Talent Management Specialist to join our team. This position provides proactive and timely HR support as well as guidance for our divisions focusing on recruitment & selection, training & development, employee relations, company policy and procedure, and performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with department managers on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices aligned with recruitment policy.
- Conduct HR interviews with mid-level candidates, and prepare HR assessments of personality and salary requirements … etc.
- Develop effective solutions to meet business challenges and mitigate business risks.
- Deliver high levels of customer service and work to ensure the talent acquisition process is well-managed. • Design and publish job postings on recruitment websites as per hiring requisition and job description form.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Support the talent management team to administer the recruitment and selection process.
- Posting job openings, reviewing applicants, and conducting interviews with potential hires.
- Maintaining records of all active job openings and receiving applications.
- Providing new hires with the appropriate paperwork and details of their new role.
- Oversee the preparation of employment registers and ensures the safekeeping of recruitment files.
- Creating and maintaining accurate employee records and gathering all related documentation and key details.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, communication, and monitoring of policies and procedures
- Formulating Key Performance Indicators based on the objectives in order to measure employees' performance in an accurate manner
Job Requirements
Education :
Bachelor's degree in or related fields
Experience:
3 to 5 Years of experience
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good user of the Visio application.
Language:
Excellent Command of English language skills.
Technical Tools:
- Experience in OD, Training, and Employee relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good time management and Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
