About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and support the growth of our construction business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Collaborate closely with project managers and department heads to understand manpower needs and project timelines.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, including passive talent in the construction sector.
- Conduct interviews and assessments using structured, competency-based approaches.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for key construction roles.
- Provide recruitment metrics and insights to improve processes and support business decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the construction or engineering sector..
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, and others..
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies across locations.
