Job Description

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for commercial roles (e.g., Sales Reps, Sales Supervisors, Wholesale Account Managers, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for ongoing hiring needs across multiple governorates.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top sales talent.
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics related to commercial hiring.
  • Continuously optimize the recruitment process for speed and quality.


 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with proven experience in sales or high-volume hiring required
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Facebook Groups).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the FMCG or wholesale industry is a strong advantage.
