Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our supplier and merchant base. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing a high-performing sales team. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring that Te Deal is the go-to platform for B2B commerce.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
Build Merchant & Supplier Network: Identify, onboard, and grow relationships with suppliers and merchants across various sectors.
Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute plans to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Drive Revenue: Manage pipelines, close deals, and ensure consistent revenue growth.
Conduct Market Research: Understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends to position Te Deal effectively.
Monitor KPIs: Track performance, sales targets, and conversions using CRM tools.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong and lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align on business goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B sales, preferably in marketplaces, SaaS, or supply chain sectors.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
