Job Description
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs and create compelling job descriptions.
• Source candidates through a variety of channels (job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
• Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on best recruitment practices and market trends.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
• Manage candidate experience to ensure a positive and engaging process from application to onboarding.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, quality of hire, etc.) and make recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and campus recruitment activities.
Job Requirements
- HR Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in HR, or at least five years’ relevant HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, talent sourcing methods, and ATS (applicant tracking systems).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of various job functions and industries.
