Direct Hire - Remote Work - Weekly Payout

Full-time position:
- Working Hours 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM EDT Monday-Friday (schedule may vary depending on the business needs)
- Willing to work for 2 Saturdays each month for 4hrs.
- Total of 40 hours of work per week
Job Description
- Make 180 dials and speak to 40 homeowners daily both new leads and “mining” older leads that have not sold their homes yet to see if they are now ready to sell and qualify.
- Speak and qualify homeowners about selling their homes, acquiring information, building rapport, live transferring to acquisitions, and taking good notes into a CRM.
- Setting correct call dispositions, adding notes, and follow-up dates.
- Report daily and weekly KPIs to management
- Participate in DAILY high-level sales training with the sales team
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Speak English Fluently - with a confident, trustworthy, and likable personality - little to no accent - NOT meek and timid
- Telemarketing or call center experience is preferred. Must be comfortable on the phone
- Headset with good audio and quiet area to work
- 50mbps strong internet connection without interruptions (Wired preferred)
- Must attend Daily Huddles and weekly training with the sales team
- Must be open to receiving feedback on ways to improve your calls - not too sensitive
- Must be disciplined, reliable and honest
- Extremely motivated to hunt & nurture CRM leads and generate appointments
- Prior CRM experience is preferred but not required
