Lead Manager (Remote)

Requirements:

• Speak English Fluently - with a confident, trustworthy, and likable personality - little to no accent - NOT meek and timid
• Telemarketing or call center experience is preferred. Must be comfortable on the phone
• Headset with good audio and quiet area to work
• 50mbps strong internet connection without interruptions (Wired preferred)
• Must attend Daily Huddles and weekly training with the sales team
• Must be open to receiving feedback on ways to improve your calls - not too sensitive
• Must be disciplined, reliable and honest
• Extremely motivated to hunt & nurture CRM leads and generate appointments
• Prior CRM experience is preferred but not required
• Work references
