Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tech Lead to drive the technical direction and delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, mentorship, and architecture design skills, as well as a deep understanding of secure, scalable systems. You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to best practices, and contribute hands-on when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable backend systems.
• Drive the architecture and implementation of microservices-based solutions.
• Enforce coding standards, code reviews, and best practices across the development lifecycle.

DevOps & Infrastructure:

• Manage infrastructure on AWS using IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and cost optimization of cloud resources.

Security & Performance:

• Integrate security-by-design practices and conduct threat modeling and vulnerability assessments.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and system scalability.

Database & Backend Expertise:

• Design and maintain complex data models using MySQL.
• Ensure database tuning, backups, and replication strategies are in place.

Team & Agile Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as a mentor to junior developers, fostering technical growth and excellence.
• Provide time and effort estimations for tasks and projects.
• Champion agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Innovation & Extras (Nice to Have):

• Contribute to ML-related architecture if needed.
• Experience or interest in GoLang development.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and introduce tools or practices that drive productivity.
