Job Description
- Ensure compliance with international regulations related to shipping, import, and export procedures, with a focus on the requirements of the automotive spare parts sector.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and warehouse teams to efficiently fulfill international orders, particularly for automotive spare parts and steel pipes.
- Negotiate with suppliers and transport companies to secure the best prices and services, considering the needs of the spare parts market.
- Supervise storage and distribution operations to ensure product integrity and minimize waste, applying best practices for storing automotive spare parts to maintain their quality.
- Monitor updates in international trade regulations and adjust procedures accordingly, focusing on rules relevant to the automotive industry.
- Analyze market and sales data to identify new opportunities and enhance performance in the spare parts sector.
- Manage customer and supplier relationships to ensure continuous supply and customer satisfaction in target markets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum [5-7 years] of experience in export/shipping management (preferably in heavy industries or steel pipe manufacturing & automotive spare parts sector ).
- - In-depth knowledge of customs procedures and shipping documentation (bill of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).
- Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics management software.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
