- Implement supply chain technologies and ERP systems to enhance visibility, traceability, and responsiveness.
- Ensure high availability of materials and parts while minimizing inventory holding costs.
- Lead supply & demand planning meetings and drive Sales & Operations Planning (S & OP) processes.
Financial Performance: - Manage the supply chain budget and deliver year-over-year cost improvements.
- Optimize total cost of ownership (TCO) across the supply network.
- Control logistics and warehousing costs through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track and reduce procurement costs, transportation expenses, and supply disruptions.
- Contribute to margin improvements by minimizing inventory write-offs, obsolete stock, and shrinkage.
Team Leadership: - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain team across multiple functions.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs for team members, conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Lead succession planning and skills development initiatives for key roles in the department.
Compliance & Standards: - Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Uphold ethical sourcing practices and supplier code of conduct.
- Maintain safety, environmental, and quality standards in all logistics and warehouse operations.
- Ensure a global supply chain quality System Like: (International Automotive Task Force) (IATF 16949) (where applicable) are followed across operations.
Relationship Management: - Build strong strategic relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate long-term agreements with key vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration between sales, finance, production, and customer service.
- Resolve supplier disputes, quality issues, and delivery challenges effectively.
