Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Leasing Manager located in New Cairo. The Commercial Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing commercial property leases, negotiating lease agreements, conducting market research, and maintaining tenant relationships.
Tasks and Duties:
- Develop and implement professional leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental opportunities and income
- Identify and pursue prospective tenants through networking, direct client outreach, or marketing
- Collaborate with legal team to finalize leasing contracts and documentation
- Monitor market trends and provide regular reports to senior managers
- Negotiate lease terms and renewals in line with company goals and market standards
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Not less than 7+ years of experience in commercial leasing and property management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Ability to analyse market
- Proficiency in MS office and Real estate management software
- Strong knowledge of local real state laws and market conditions
