Job Description

  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and design and implement employee retention programs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall university strategy.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
  • Oversee and implement the performance management system that drives high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and suggest the pay plan and the benefits program.
  • Supervise the whole training process from assessing training needs in the university, prepare training and development plan, oversee the implementation.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all policies and regulations.
  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys.
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews.
  • Ensure all university HR policies are applied consistently.
  • Supervise the completion of employee file and records and updates its data regularly ensuring that it meets the social insurance and labor law requirements.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Human Resources or a similar field. 
  • Experience in Educational Institutes is preferable.  
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive positions.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the university.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
