Job Description
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Nurture a positive working environment and design and implement employee retention programs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall university strategy.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
- Oversee and implement the performance management system that drives high performance and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and suggest the pay plan and the benefits program.
- Supervise the whole training process from assessing training needs in the university, prepare training and development plan, oversee the implementation.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all policies and regulations.
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Ensure all university HR policies are applied consistently.
- Supervise the completion of employee file and records and updates its data regularly ensuring that it meets the social insurance and labor law requirements.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Human Resources or a similar field.
- Experience in Educational Institutes is preferable.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive positions.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the university.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
