Job Description
Design, implement, and manage the company’s performance management system (PMS).
Coordinate the performance appraisal cycles and ensure timely execution.
Provide training and support to managers on effective goal setting, feedback, and evaluation techniques.
Analyze performance data and generate insights to inform HR strategies.
Collaborate with L&D to align development programs with performance needs.
Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Support career pathing, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in performance management or HR development roles.
Solid understanding of performance appraisal systems and methodologies.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and performance management tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar).
