Job Description

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in personnel supervision, HR, or a similar role - must with (Construction Field).
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing priorities.
