Job Description

  • Manage the Administration and      Maintenance issues for Raya shops in accordance with maintenance companies, in addition to submitting payment requests to finalize all payments with the Finance department
  • Coordinate daily issues related to Raya shops with the cleaning company 
  • Monthly visits for all Raya shops to identify Administration issues related to maintenance (Administration check-list) and doing the action plan after the regular visits.
  • Ensures the compliance of Administration tickets and follows-up until all Remedy tickets submitted by shops are closed
  • Ensures that all maintenance working efficiently in all Raya shops
  • Responsible of the landlines telephones installation and payments within Raya shops 
  • Manages the removal of unnecessary items from different Raya shops 
  • Handle the Administration issues related to roll-out requirements for any of Raya shops
  • Dealing with government authorities such as the departments of water, electricity, licenses and taxes
  • Perform other related duties
