Job Description

  • Revenue Growth & Monetization:
    • Develop and implement revenue strategies, including advertising, in-app purchases, subscription models, and premium services.
    • Identify new monetization opportunities and optimize existing revenue streams.
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Build, manage, and expand strategic partnerships, particularly with brands, advertisers, and potential distribution partners.
    • Lead negotiations and create commercial agreements to drive business objectives.
  • Marketing & User Acquisition:
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and execute strategies that drive user acquisition and app engagement.
    • Ensure effective digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media, influencer marketing) that align with revenue goals.
  • Partnership Development:
    • Identify, establish, and grow key relationships with business partners, advertisers, and sponsors.
    • Manage third-party relationships, ensuring mutual business benefits and compliance with the app’s objectives.
  • Product Strategy & Development:
    • Work closely with the product and tech teams to ensure the app’s offerings are aligned with user needs and market demands.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on user feedback, data, and market trends to drive the product roadmap.
  • Customer Retention & Loyalty:
    • Lead strategies for customer retention, loyalty programs, and user engagement to maximize lifetime value.
    • Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the user experience and increase retention rates.
  • Leadership & Team Development:
    • Build and lead a high-performing sales and commercial team.
    • Mentor and develop team members, ensuring clear KPIs and performance goals.

Job Requirements

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 4+ years of experience in a commercial leadership role, with a strong background in mobile apps, digital products, or tech startups.
    • Proven track record of delivering on revenue targets, driving growth, and scaling digital products.
    • Experience in building strategic partnerships and leading negotiations.
  • Skills:
    • Fluent english speaker is a must
    • Deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, including app store dynamics, advertising, and user acquisition channels.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed business decisions based on analytics and KPIs.
