Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring continuous communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Collect, manage, and analyze customer data to identify sales opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead nationwide (or regional) sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align sales goals with overall company strategy.
  • Stay updated with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
  • Manage client accounts, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Train and coach sales team members.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Experience: 5–7 years of proven experience in sales; at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Agricultural Experience: Previous experience in the agriculture or agri-business sector is a MUST.

Technical Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM tools

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure

Languages:

  • English: Very Good
